If you are a fan of twists and turns and mystery and steam…you should definitely give this one a try !! I myself can’t wait to read the next one. There is a threesome towards the end with the hero, the heroine and the hero’s best friend… Now I think it was very HOT, but if you are not into this kind of thing, I want to know. It is also known as the Devils Picture Book. So if you don’t want to read it…please skip the next few lines … One of the most useless devil fruits is Jake Jake no Mi, as the name indicates a jacket forming power. Now I would advise everyone to go into this one blind because I think that way you will enjoy it the most… Still, I am gonna give away one tiny spoiler here. The steam in this one is delicious, if I do say so myself. This is a story about the Four Horsemen… and they will come out and play on Devils Night !! Don’t worry though… he will be back…Ĭurious little Erica Fane wanted to play with the boys, so we indulged her, and she betrayed us. So Michaels stays away…much to her chagrin. Rika and Michael grew up together, and even though Rika has some major feelings for Michael, she is destined to be with his brother Trevor. Now, even though I forgave the hero his (extreme) indiscretions…I wanted Rika to hold on to her anger a bit longer… I might love the redeemable assholes, but I am also a HUGE fan of groveling In this case, I could have done with some more.
It is a good thing that I love me some assholes … because Micheal has got to be one of the biggest I have ever met… Yes, he was way worse than Jared !! I think there will be plenty of people who won’t be able to forgive him … I did though…I couldn’t help myself Now, believe me when I say, that this book is indeed darker than “ Bully“, but… I have read way darker, so for me, it wasn’t really that dark, so I peed myself for nothing It is a bit twisted though… so beware.
DEVILS NIGHT BOOK 1 SERIES
So when I found out that she was writing another series, I did a little happy dance … Then I found out that it was a “ Dark Romance” series and I peed my pants a bit…from happiness (and a bit of fear also 🙂. I absolutely loved Penelope’s “ Fall Away” series and I have read and enjoyed each and every book in the series.
